MeErin G. Edwards is a digital product manager, writer and multimedia journalist with Nashville, Tennessee, origins.

Erin lives in Columbus, Ohio, where she works in digital media at The Dispatch Printing Co., the parent company of The Columbus Dispatch, a 140-year-old newspaper. She is part of a Dispatch team that grapples with the disruptive innovation of the web and works to bring new media products to the Dispatch audience.

She earned a Master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and spent election night 2008 pulling an all-nighter on the Web desk of the International Herald Tribune in Paris, France.

In addition to journalism, Erin has has a background in fund raising, event management and community relations. Past employers include Vanderbilt University, Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle TN and Nashville’s Table.

Personal trivia: Erin played NCAA Division I soccer for four years at Colorado College and once taught English in Hanoi, Vietnam. Her favorite things about Nashville include: Ann Patchett, an annual festival dedicated to hot chicken and The Warner Parks. And we can’t forget honky tonks.
